The Hilton dished out a great menu with a cheese bar, hand-cut tenderloin station, and decadent chocolate mousse. George provided us with great information about starting a business to make sure that we took the right steps initially. Afterwards, we had a great Q&A session about deductions, audits, and the crowd-favorite: sub-contractors versus employees.
