2026 NACEYS SUBMISSIONS

Submissions must be completed via www.rvanace.com no later than 11:59pm on 3/8/2026
Submissions and photos must be text, logo, and watermark-free (except for Best Event Menu submission)
Entries, except in Photographer/Videographer-only categories, may be submitted as a collage
Submissions will be judged in advance of THE NACEYs Gala by a panel of professionals from outside of the state of Virginia
Submissions must be from events that take place in the state of Virginia
The event that is the focus of the submission must have taken place between 1/01/2025 and 03/02/2026
Styled Shoots are not eligible for submission
Submission file-size must be no larger than 100 MB
Online entry form, digital image/video upload, and payment must be completed before submission will be confirmed
Companies/Individuals may make multiple submissions to the same category and/or submissions to multiple categories
NACE Richmond has the right to use THE NACEYs submission photos and information for advertising/marketing purposes

NACE Richmond members receive one (1) FREE submissions per paid current membership. Must be a member in good standing by March 1, 2026.
BONUS: one (1) FREE submission with purchase of a ticket for the February 2026 chapter meeting.
Each additional submission for NACE Richmond Members is $25.00. (promo code for member discount will be sent in a separate email)
Each submission for Non-Members is $35.00 .

Judging will be conducted by a third party panel of event professionals from across the nation prior to THE NACEYs event
Award Winners will be announced at THE NACEYs on Monday, March 23, 2026
