Well established company seeking an experienced chef to work in the kitchen and off-site as event chef for a full-service caterer.
Candidate must have 5 years minimum in a ‘from scratch’ kitchen with volume production and banquet event experience in an upscale catering, banquet hall or hotel setting. Seeking a current Sous chef or an individual that is ready to move to that level of chef. Experience with a variety of types of cuisines including basic familiarity with baking and pastry are key attributes.
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
